Amending Withdrawals

1. First go to the Aviva Adviser website and log in to your Aviva Adviser account, search the customer’s post-retirement account.
2. Select Income maintenance.
3. On 'Edit income drawdown’ you can change the amount

Please note:

• Changes need 10 working days to take effect.
• The amendments must be done more than ten working days before the next withdrawal, otherwise:
  • You may not be able to make the amendment.
  • The changes may not apply to the in-progress withdrawal.

1. The customer's pre-retirement account.
2. On 'Edit income drawdown option', you can change the amount, date and frequency..

Please note: It will take 10 working days for the changes to take effect.

For Post account regular withdrawal, go to:

1. The customer's post-retirement account
2. Go into 'income maintenance' and select 'Edit income payment details'.

2. Go to the Contributions & Withdrawals section.
3. Select the ‘Edit Regular Withdrawals’ option.
4. Amend the amount, date, frequency, disinvestments and bank account for the withdrawals.

• The amendments must be done more than ten working days before the next withdrawal, otherwise:
  • You may not be able to make the amendment
  • The changes may not apply to the in-progress withdrawal.
