Guide to amending withdrawals on the Aviva Adviser

Amending a Pensions Withdrawal
Capped Regular
- First go to the Aviva Adviser website and log in to your Aviva Adviser account, search your client’s post-retirement account
- Select ‘Income maintenance’ from the right-hand menu.
- Click 'Edit income payment details'
- Here you can change the amount, date and frequency.
Please note: You will need to check the amount of payments left in the pension year and submit the total amount needed.
Flexi/Phased Drawdown
For Phased:
- First go to the Aviva Adviser website and log in to your Aviva Adviser account, search your client’s pre-retirement account
- Click on 'Edit income drawdown’,
- Here you can change the amount, date and frequency.
Please note: It will take 10 working days for the changes to take effect.
For Post account regular withdrawal, go to:
- The customer's post-retirement account
- Go into 'income maintenance' and select 'Edit income payment details'.
Decrease / Increase a Pension Withdrawal
Regular
- First go to the Aviva Adviser website and log in to your Aviva Adviser account, search the customer’s post-retirement account.
- Select Income maintenance.
- On 'Edit income drawdown’ you can change the amount
Please note:
- Changes need 10 working days to take effect.
- The amendments must be done more than ten working days before the next withdrawal, otherwise:
- You may not be able to make the amendment.
- The changes may not apply to the in-progress withdrawal.
Flexi/Phased Drawdown
For Phased:
- The customer's pre-retirement account.
- On 'Edit income drawdown option', you can change the amount, date and frequency..

For Post account regular withdrawal, go to:
- The customer's post-retirement account
- Go into 'income maintenance' and select 'Edit income payment details'.
Amending an ISA / Investment Portfolio Withdrawal
- First go to the Aviva Adviser website and log in to your Aviva Adviser account, search the customer’s ISA / Investment account.
- Go to the Contributions & Withdrawals section.
- Select the ‘Edit Regular Withdrawals’ option.
- Amend the amount, date, frequency, disinvestments and bank account for the withdrawals.
Please note:
- The amendments must be done more than ten working days before the next withdrawal, otherwise:
- You may not be able to make the amendment
- The changes may not apply to the in-progress withdrawal.
