Guide to changing a policy holder address on Aviva Adviser
Change Policy Holder address
Policies that start with TK, TL, S, P, 8, M, GX, or JX.
These instructions are relevant if the policy is part of a group personal pension (GPP) or an individual personal pension (IPP)
To change your clients address you must hold servicing rights on this policy.
Follow these steps, the process will only take a few minutes.
- Log in to your Aviva Adviser account.
- Search your client’s account and choose the relevant policy.
- From the Manage Policy menu on the righthand side, select "Change policyholder address".
- Fill in the required details on the digital form and click submit.
Policies that start with AV
- Login to your Aviva Adviser account.
- Select Platform Clients
- Go to your client's account.
- From the Review menu, select Client Details.
- Click edit to update an existing address or add a new address.
- Review your changes then click Save.
Policies that start with GS
Your client will need to contact us directly to change their address.
They can do this by completing our online form here
What happens next?
We’ll email you as soon as we’ve made these changes to let you know it’s been completed, and our records updated.
Once we’ve done that, we will send a letter to your customer to their new address.
It normally takes around 10 working days so please advise the customer to keep an eye out for it.
