What is your role?

I manage Aviva’s relationship with several financial advice firms, networks and service providers covering Aviva’s retirement range of products.

How long have you worked for Aviva/been in the industry?

I've been with Aviva for three and a half years, and I've had the pleasure of working in this industry for over a decade.

Describe a typical day/week in your role

My typical week is quite dynamic and involves a lot of variety. I frequently travel to client offices for meetings and manage our strategic partners across equity release, long-term care, and annuities. Additionally, I have the opportunity to present at industry events, distributor conferences, and team meetings. Another key aspect of my role is liaising with various internal Aviva teams to drive improvements to our propositions, which ultimately generate better customer outcomes and help manage risk.

What is the thing you’re most proud of that has benefited advisers?

I’m most proud of working on two technology projects within our retirement business that has delivered digital efficiencies for Advisers, allowing them to spend more time with their clients.
