What is your role?

Helping advisers with their Annuity and Equity Release cases and getting the best outcomes for their customers through education of our proposition.

Describe a typical day/week in your role?

My day is mostly split up into proactive work and some reactive work from advisers. My main goal is to contact advisers on my Panel to find out what they are experiencing in the market, product feedback and competitor insight. We do this through fact find style calls with advisers to find out all about their experiences in the market. Through building this relationship we will also discuss new cases, trading and proposition education. Propositional education is often done through webinars or teams calls, running through our presentations and discussing features, advantages and benefits for clients and FAs. My main goal is to build long lasting relationships with advisers.

What is the thing you’re most proud of that has benefited advisers?

I am most proud of my willingness to go the extra mile for a good customer outcome. Whether that be advisers or clients. I often go the extra mile to ensure Aviva are doing the best we can for our customers.
