What is your role?

I manage Aviva’s relationship with several financial advice firms, networks and service providers covering Aviva’s retirement range of products.

How long have you worked for Aviva/been in the industry?

27 years! but I’ve specialised in retirement for the past 13.

Describe a typical day/week in your role

A typical week would involve driving around the motorway network of the UK seeing our adviser base talking about their businesses and Aviva’s products and services.  I also support our marketing and propositions teams in the delivery of messages and product changes to the market.

What is the thing you’re most proud of that has benefited advisers?

I’m proud of the adviser support webinars we have delivered which started during the pandemic but have continued to be popular ever since, the attendee numbers and feedback from our advisers has been phenomenal and I’m determined we continue to deliver excellent and relevant content to help advisers.
