What is your role?

Platform Adoption Consultant. I provide technical guidance and support as advisers navigate through the Aviva Advised Platform. I particularly enjoy offering them reassurance when they use the platform on behalf of their clients.

How long have you worked for Aviva/been in the industry?

18 years.

Describe a typical day/week in your role?

I am available as a point of contact for my aligned BDM’s and their panel of accounts. I can provide guidance and support when submitting new business.  I also work closely with IFA’s during their clients’ annual reviews, using the platform to provide supporting documentation via client reports.

In addition, I spend a lot of my time guiding advisers through the back-office sections of the platform that allow the IFA firms to better manage their business and clients on the platform with a variety of business reports, transfer tracking and remuneration reports.

What is the thing you’re most proud of that has benefited advisers?

My patience and determination to understand the issues and provide a solution for the advisers.
