Here’s how to get a quote quickly and with ease
Where can I generate a quote?
You’ll need to use one of the following industry portals (or your own CRM if it links directly to Aviva):
- AMS
- iPipeline
- Iress
- Synaptic
We don’t accept quote requests for this product by phone or email.
What will happen during the quote process?
In some cases, we may not be able to process the quote automatically (for example, if the client is under 55 or the fund value is high - there is an upper limit of £1 million).
If that happens, you’ll see a message telling you who to contact and a reference number to quote.
No need to re-enter all the quote details, these will be saved for you.
Ready to apply?
Once you’ve got a quote and printed KFI, you can apply in one of two ways:
- Via the portals – just follow the ‘apply’ link on the quote results screen
- By email – download the PDF application and send it to annuityapps@aviva.com
