A guide to single contributions on the Aviva Platform

We have opened up an alternative solution alongside our voice and email journeys where the initial request for a single contribution can be submitted via an online form. Please be aware that new monies must be invested into individual funds or cash. They can not be invested into suspended funds or complex funds such as model portfolios.

Steps to follow:

  • Step 1 - Please share this link with your clients who would like to make a single one off contribution to their Pension, ISA or Investment Portfolio - ​Single Contribution Online Form
  • Step 2 - Aviva will pick up the request, produce an illustration and email it back to your client within one working day, based on the information provided in the online form.
  • Step 3 - Once the illustration has been received and reviewed by your client, they will need to respond by email to confirm they are happy to proceed.
  • Step 4 - Within one working day of receiving the clients acceptance email, Aviva will respond with the bank details required for the payment.
  • Step 5 - Once the payment is made, the monies have cleared and it’s been applied to their account, they will receive a confirmation email from Aviva and we will also copy you in on the final confirmation.

Will customers be able to use the link multiple times?

Yes, once they have the link it can be used multiple times and to make sure you are aware of all transactions, we will copy you in on the final confirmation email.

What are the alternative options alongside the new online form?

What will be in scope for the online form?

Clients looking to invest their one off contributions either fully into Cash or Existing funds – (Pro Rata) - where the contribution amount will be split in line with the current percentage of fund allocation at the time of the illustration.

What will be out of scope for the online form?

Clients looking to invest their one off contribution into new funds or a mixture of existing & new funds (these options are still available via the email journey at advisedplatform@aviva.com or call our Non Advised Team - 0800 068 2170).
