At the heart of our SME strategy is a commitment to making life easier for our adviser partners and their clients. Throughout 2025, we’ve focused on delivering tangible improvements that support advisers in winning and retaining business, streamlining processes, and accessing the tools and teams they need. Here's a round-up of the key enhancements we've made this year.

1: Competitive Pricing 

We understand that pricing is a critical factor for advisers and their SME clients. That’s why we’ve worked hard to be competitive throughout 2025. This has contributed to a strong performance this year and we will continue to review our pricing strategy throughout 2026 to ensure we remain competitive for advisers and their clients.

2: Online Rate Reviews and Scheme History Reports

In July, we launched new online functionality that allows advisers to initiate rate reviews and self-serve scheme history reports instantly. This capability is available for schemes of all sizes, but it’s especially valuable for SME clients where speed and simplicity are key.

3: Introducing the SME Broker Solutions Team

To provide more tailored support, we created the SME Broker Solutions team, led by Frieda Godinho. This dedicated team is the first point of contact for advisers seeking help with new business quotes, training on our platform, product guidance, and more. Their expertise ensures advisers get the support they need, when they need it.

4: Securing Strategic Panel Arrangements

Preferred Provider arrangements (PPAs) are a vital part of the SME landscape. Over the past 12 months, we’ve successfully secured multiple new PPAs. This continues to be a key focus within our SME strategy for 2026.

5: Goodbye AGPOL. Hello Aviva Fusion.

We ended the year with a major milestone: the launch of Aviva Fusion, our brand-new adviser portal and online quote journey. This transformation has been the result of months of hard work, shaped by feedback from adviser partners.
